We want you to love your SnapT gear. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

• Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  

1-Year Warranty – Manufacturer Defects

All SnapT Pet Gear products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

• If your product fails due to a manufacturing issue within the first year, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
  
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations.
